Cloud-based visitor management platform Proxyclick, founded in 2008 by Gregory Blondeau, Jean-Bernard van Zuylen and Geoffroy De Cooman, is being acquired by UK-based Condeco, a world leader in workspace management software for businesses. Thanks to the strong growth of Proxyclick (the SaaS solution with digital check-in system has been implemented on 10,000 sites and the two capital rounds accounted for $18.5 million), the company was proclaimed ‘French Language Scale-up of the Year’ in 2020.
Through the acquisition, the Belgian specialist in corporate check-in systems aims to strengthen its presence in the consolidating global market in preparation for the post-Covid era.

“The workspace management software market is consolidating and growing rapidly,” said Gregory Blondeau, one of the three founders and CEO of Proxyclick. “Companies are now looking for multi-service platforms that can manage all their office space management needs.”
“Condeco, majority owned by the world’s largest software investment fund Thoma Bravo, is ideally positioned to become the world leader in the sector. The ambition of Condeco and Thoma Bravo to invest heavily in redefining the employee experience in the office convinced us that this was the right choice.”
