We complete a vendor review to ensure that the Microsoft Azure service has ISO27001 and CSA Star certification that mirrors our own. We have an Enterprise Agreement in place with Microsoft for use of the online services as well as SLA management https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/support/legal/sla/ , and as part of our partnership with Microsoft, we have regular vendor review meetings with our account management team at Microsoft.
