With Condeco Vendor Management you can enable people to place service orders and bookings for shared resources along with the room booking, or to be sent to a delivery point. Condeco only displays services that are available for each specific room and checks that the requested item is in stock with sufficient notice provided.

One workflow

Vendors can manage orders efficiently using the vendor screen. If an order is changed at any time, the system automatically updates the vendor work summary screen and sends an automated email with the new request information. Admins and users can easily check the status of an order and follow any status updates.
