Singapore Safe Management Measures How Condeco complies
  • Enable flexible working arrangements to enable employees to work from home, or return to the office for a maximum of 50% of their working time.
  • Condeco can help companies limit employees’ exposure at the workplace by setting a limit on the number of days they can book a workspace in the office. For an employee with a 6-day work week – employers can set the workspace booking limit to 3 days a week to ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) advisory.
  • Employers must also ensure that no more than 50% of employees who are able to work from home are at the workplace at any point in time.
  • To reduce physical interaction and avoid crowding at common spaces in the office, we can help to limit the number of employees working in the office at any point of time. By making only 50% of the desk spaces available for booking or allocation, only a fixed number of employees can work in the office for the day.   • Enable social distancing of 1 metre at all times.
  • We can help you to manage a distributed workforce by blocking out desk spaces to ensure employees adhere to social distancing measure of 1 metre. You can also create zoning of workstations to separate teams and reduce unnecessary cross interactions between shifts or teams.
  • Employers must clean and disinfect tables between each meeting or seating.
  • Our software can trigger a cleaning request for desks and meeting spaces once the designated time of use by a user has ended. Workspaces that has not been cleaned and sanitized will not be open for others book and use, minimizing the risk of infection on your workplace.
  • Employers should stagger the start work times for all employees to avoid peak-hour travel.
  • Condeco helps you manage the incoming staff traffic by staggering check-in timing for the respective workspaces.
  • Put in place actionable contract tracing plans for suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 to ensure the workplace remains safe for other employees.
  • A contact tracing report can be created if an employee tests positive providing details of employees that were working in proximity or attending a meeting. The report can then allow the appointed Safe Management Officer take the appropriate action. In times of emergency, you are also able to seamlessly search for your appointed Safe Management Officer via the web interface or the mobile app.
