New Offerings, Americas Expansion, Industry Awards, and Crestron Integration Help Propel a Successful 2017

New York, NY – October 3, 2017 – Condeco, a leading global provider of office utilization and workspace scheduling solutions, today announced that its past year was again highlighted by continued sales and revenue growth in the Americas. Condeco’s strategy appears to be paying off as it reports 2016-2017 year-on-year recurring revenue growth of 84 percent. The combination of new product offerings, strategic integration, and the addition of many new large and small customers helped deliver a successful fiscal year for the company.

“The past 12 months have been very positive for Condeco,” says Martin Brooker, Chief Executive Officer for the Americas. “The launch of cloud-based Condeco Connect and the coming availability of one-click, technology agnostic conferencing with Video Meetings are further enriching our portfolio of innovative workspace solutions to help companies increase collaboration while gaining office space efficiencies. Capturing key industry awards have also helped strengthen our position as an industry leader.”

Most recently the company announced its new Condeco Connect, a plug-‘n-play, cloud-based offering with touch screen devices that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Exchange and Google Calendar (available this Fall) to deliver immediate room booking and valuable time management benefits for small- and medium-sized firms. Connect’s scalability and flexibility make it ideal for firms whether they are managing just a few meeting rooms or thousands across multiple locations.

Previewed in June at InfoComm 2017, Condeco Video Meetings will be launched later this year. This new offering simplifies the use of collaboration toolsets – such as Skype for Business and Polycom – and eliminates the need to worry about what technology should be used so the user experience with video conferences will be quick and easy.

Another significant contributor to Condeco’s strong year was its open API strategy. One example of the benefits this strategy provides is the company’s integration of its room booking system with Crestron’s monitoring and scheduling software, Crestron Fusion®. This automation helps bring ongoing efficiencies and savings, empowering clients to manage room bookings as part of a wider smart building ecosystem.

Geographically, Condeco continued its Americas growth by expanding into Mexico while also adding customers in established markets such as Argentina, Brazil, Columbia, and Canada, as well as the United States.

Condeco’s innovation and industry leadership was more widely recognized this past year when the American Business “Stevie” Awards named Condeco the 2017 bronze winner of “Most Innovative Tech Company in America” and New Bay Media’s AV Technologies selected Condeco’s Desk Screens for “Best of Show” honors at the 2017 InfoComm conference.

Another notable recognition came when Condeco acquired a ISO270001 security certification for its SaaS services. Condeco’s Information Security Management System has more than 100 controls that strengthen data security. Also, Condeco received a gold certification for application development from Microsoft Corporation.

“Focusing on what innovations customers want and need for their employees and their businesses to compete and be successful has definitely helped drive our own success,” continues Brooker. “Today’s workforce – especially those comprised of many millennial-aged employees – wants a more flexible, scalable environment to do business in easily. Condeco is helping firms create that environment.”
