Global brand Condeco continue to offer outstanding workplace solutions with latest version of award-winning software
London – 10 February 2017 – Condeco 3.3 expands upon the organisation’s existing innovations, by introducing exciting new integrations with other workplace technologies: Crestron Fusion and Cisco phone systems. The update also boasts the new HR Feed feature, allowing smooth synchronisation with Microsoft Active Directory and other HR systems.
The goal of Condeco 3.3 is to introduce ease to the working lives of IT and Facilities teams, along with end users, by providing a seamless experience that complements their existing technology.
One of the most important new additions to Condeco 3.3 is the integration Crestron room signage. Enabling customers to view, start, end and add meetings at the touch of a button, those who have already invested in Crestron technology now have the ability to utilise Condeco’s award-winning software.
Using existing Cisco phone infrastructure, Condeco 3.3 users can integrate desk booking functionality. Simply use a Cisco phone to book, check in or release a desk with just a few simple steps. This innovative partnering enhances Condeco’s desk booking software, for better management of the modern workspace.
HR Feed, a brand-new feature of Enterprise 3.3, introduces automatic synchronisation with Microsoft Active Directory and other HR systems. This allows for the automatic creation, update and deletion of users, as well as their attributes and permissions. At the core of HR Feed is a powerful user-management API, enabling seamless connectivity with HR systems.
The update also includes enhancements to the Visitor Management Module – walk-in visitors can now be added to meetings by easily searching for their company name, matching them to colleagues already booked in the system. Visitor arrival times can also be seen directly on the booking grid.
