Belgian scale-up Proxyclick, which specialises in visitor registration and access, has been taken over by British company Condeco, the world leader in workspace software solutions for businesses, the two partners announced on Wednesday.
The deal should enable the Belgian company to strengthen its penetration of the large corporate market segment and a global market that is consolidating in anticipation of the post-Covid era.

Thanks to this operation, Condeco will add a visitor management tool to its online planning and reservation platform, “which will enable it to expand its multi-service solution for businesses and to differentiate itself in this fast-growing market”, says the British company. It already has more than 2,000 companies in its client portfolio.

Proxyclick’s software, named “scale-up of the year” in 2020, is used in some 10,000 sites in 110 countries. The company, based in Brussels, counts among its clients major groups such as L’Oréal, EY, Revolut, PepsiCo, UCB, Airbnb, etc.

Condeco takes over the hundred or so people employed by Proxyclick, which keeps its headquarters in the capital. The three founders of the Belgian structure (Gregory Blondeau, Geoffroy De Cooman and Jean-Bernard van Zuylen) will ensure the transition, before leaving the company later this year.

Proxyclick is already integrated into Condeco’s offering. The Belgian software will continue to operate under the brand name Proxyclick.
