Strategic Agreement Means Outstanding Service for New Innovations that Optimize Office Space
New York, NY – February 14, 2018 – Condeco, a global leader in office utilization, conference room and workspace scheduling solutions, announced today a strategic partnership with Seal Telecom, a proven audio visual and information technology provider throughout Latin America. The partnership will augment Condeco’s sales and professional services in that region and continue its efforts to increase its presence and enhance service to customers throughout the Americas.
“Condeco’s maturation as the global leader in workspace optimization requires us to have the ability to deliver superior products and services around the globe and in every language,” says Martin Brooker, chief executive officer, Condeco-Americas. “Condeco is delighted to partner with a firm such as Seal Telecom that has a proven track record across Latin America for excellent service and outstanding client outcomes. The combination of world-class product and local support is a win-win for both organizations.”
While Condeco’s products have always been easy to use, the complexity of international tariff and business boundaries have often complicated a customer’s journey. Seal Telecom’s holistic approach to service and implementation will now make adding Condeco to any organization in Latin America as easy for the customer as Condeco’s products are to use.
Under the new partnership, Seal Telecom representatives will provide support for the entire Condeco portfolio of innovative workspace solutions including cloud-based Condeco Connect for simplified meeting room management and the full Condeco product suite of workspace technology solutions for meeting room booking, desk booking and digital signage.
“At the heart of our strategy is listening to customer needs and requirements,” said Cristiano Felicíssimo, project designer director, Seal Telecom. “Condeco fills that requirement for all of our customers who are struggling with how to use existing resources better and improve their return on real estate investments through innovation as opposed to increasing their real estate portfolio.”
