  • Kick-off meetings (project & technical, sometimes combined)
  • Design/project workshops
  • Initial project plan release and scheduling
  • Product installation (including screens and software)
  • System configuration
  • Training and user communications
  • Data migration dry runs & UAT testing (if required)
  • Go-live sign off
  • Go-live
  • Aftercare warranty period (prior to handover to customer success and support teams)
