Since the survey aims to measure average occupancy rates by team, the impact of holidays and sickness should average out across team members during the survey period.
The project measures desk usage (i.e. whether a member of staff is based at the desk that morning or afternoon), rather than the length of time someone is sitting at the desk. As a result, meetings will not impact the survey output.
