The cleaning workflow
When a personal space is booked, cleaning is scheduled for the close of business on the last day of the booking. For example, if a personal space is booked by the same person for three consecutive days, cleaning is scheduled for the end of the third day. However, if a personal space is booked by different people on consecutive days then cleaning is scheduled for the end of each day so the space is always clean for the next occupant.
In the event of a booking being released, deleted, or bumped, the personal space is scheduled for immediate cleaning so it can be made available for another booking.

The cleaning vendor workflow and dashboard
The vendor workflow makes sure a task for deep cleaning is automatically raised with the vendor when the occupancy of a personal space is going to change. Vendor workflow statuses are color-coded: To do (amber), Accepted (blue), In Progress (green) and Overdue (red).
The vendor monitors cleaning tasks in real-time on the Vendor Dashboard. Tasks and color-coded statuses are clearly displayed showing the vendor exactly what needs to be done and when.
