Make a booking

The Condeco mobile app uses your mobile device’s Bluetooth technology to find rooms that are near you, and show room availability allowing you to book through the Condeco app as needed.

*Each Condeco meeting room screen in your organization is equipped with a Bluetooth Low Energy Beacon which is used by your mobile device to receive information from the Condeco system and help you make bookings directly from the Condeco mobile app.

1. Open the Condeco mobile app to view a list of rooms near to where you are located. On the List View, rooms are grouped to show availability:

• Rooms available now – Green color and text
• Rooms available later – Amber color and text
• Rooms not available for the next 8 hours – Red color and text

2. Tap BOOK to book a meeting room.
   

3. You will see a confirmation message if the booking is successful.
   

4. Use the Day View if you are more flexible on timing and are looking for a gap in the room’s diary.
