Find a colleague

When you need to collaborate with a colleague you can find their workspace and book a space nearby.

*‘Other’ workspace types that are not places to work, such as a parking space or a locker, do not appear in the search results when finding colleagues.

How to find a colleague

1. Tap Find a colleague then tap Select. Enter a name to search then tap it when it appears.

*You cannot find colleagues who have disabled status and personal space location visibility in their profiles.

2. By default the current day is selected. To search for a colleague’s future bookings, tap When and select the date to search (tap again to deselect). To see a colleague’s whereabouts over a period of time, tap the first day and last day of the period you wish to view.
3. From the calendar, tap the back arrow to return to the Find a colleague screen.
4. Tap Find colleague to view your colleague’s booking(s).
   

5. If your colleague has a personal space booked on any of the selected date(s), tap to view it on a floor plan.
   

6. To book a personal space nearby, tap an available personal space indicated by a green spot and tap Book now.
