Welcome to Condeco Space Booking

The Condeco home page is displayed when the Today page is closed.

The menu across the top is always visible and the options are explained below. The modules listed on the left are dependent on both your organization’s configuration and your user access level.

Top bar menu

Today: Click to return to the Today page.
Suggest an Idea: We want to hear your ideas on how to improve our products! Join the UserVoice discussion and post your comments and suggestions here.
What’s New: Click to open the Changelog and see what’s new in Condeco. Admins can view the full release notes in the Client Support Portal.
User Manual: Click to open this help guide from the application.
Privacy policy: Click to view your organization’s privacy policy (if applied). Not enabled by default. Contact your Condeco representative to add the Privacy policy option and link to your policy.
Profile: Click to open Your profile.

Left module menu

The menu items listed on the left are dependant on the modules your organization has configured and your user access level.

Meeting spaces: Find available meeting spaces and view your bookings, view the booking grids, and manage requests.
Personal spaces: Find available personal spaces and view your bookings, view the booking grid, and find colleagues.
Visitors: Manage your visitors.
Advanced Reports: View, run and configure standard reports and create new reports.
User Management: View users’ profiles, manage users and permissions.
Application Setup: Configure locations, zones, groups, workspace types, resources, floor plans, services, vendors, visitors, and the welcome page.
Advanced Setup: Manage Condeco version updates, view your license, and configure global emails and settings.
