Click Profile on the top-right to view and edit your personal details and your workspace preferences. The options depend on your organization’s setup.
Across the top are options to reset your PIN, deregister RFID card (visible to Admins only), and change your password (if relevant).
Your PIN can be used to book workspaces using Condeco meeting room screens and the Personal space kiosk (if installed).
You can register your RFID card with your PIN so you can make bookings directly on a Condeco meeting room screen using the RFID card, without the need to enter your PIN.
Deregister card (Admin’s only)
Unlinks an RFID card from a user’s account.
Click to change your password. Your new password must meet the complexity and length requirements set by your administrator.

Profile details are divided across several tabs and depending on your organization’s configuration, you may not see all tabs discussed below.
Select the Overview tab to edit your name, contact details, and role.
Tick the attributes you would like selected by default when you book a workspace. The available options depend on your organization’s configuration.
Location & language
Choose the default locations displayed when searching for workspaces, and assign your preferred language.
Enter your video conference details.
Assign a default time to be reminded of upcoming meetings, assign a default requester for meeting space bookings, enter a memorable word to use when resetting your password (not relevant for SSO accounts), and add meeting space delegates who can book on your behalf.
View your working status for personal space bookings on a calendar, and set whether colleagues can see your status and personal space location. Find out more about the Availability Calendar on the View working status page.
