Show or hide your visibility
From the In-office schedule tab, you can choose to show or hide your in-office status and the locations of your booked workspaces from your colleagues. Untick Allow colleagues to see my status and personal workspace locations (A) to hide your visibility then click Save (B) to save your preference.
When visibility is enabled, colleagues can see your in-office status from the Find a colleague option on the web app or Your team on the Condeco mobile app. If your organization has integrated Condeco with Microsoft 365, your in-office status is also visible from the Condeco Teams app.
Choose your in-office schedule
From the In-office schedule tab, click individual dates on the calendar (C) to choose where you are working on that day. The options are: I’m not working; I’m working remotely; I’m at [your default location]; or you can select I’m at a different location (D) and choose a location from the list (E).
Your in-office status for the current day can also be changed from the Today page.
Team assignments
If your organization has assigned you to a team, you can only choose to be in the office on a date that falls on an odd week or an even week number, depending on your team assignment. The team you belong to is displayed at the top (F) and the weeks you are allowed to be in the office are indicated by a darker color and icon (G) on the calendar. On the dates your team is not allowed in the office, you can only change your status to I’m working remotely or I’m not working (H)
The ISO week date system is used to define week numbers.
