How to change your password
If you know your password and wish to change it, follow the steps in Your Profile.
Password resets are managed by your organization’s own internal procedures and who you contact depends on the authentication type your organization has applied.
What authentication type are you using?
Your account may use Forms-based authentication or Single-Sign-On (SSO). To determine how to reset your password, you need to understand which method you use.
If you log in to Condeco using the following screen (with or without the two links at the bottom), you are using Forms authentication.
Depending on your organization’s configuration you may see Forgotten account details? link which you can click to reset your password.
If you do not see the link contact your Condeco administrator and request a password reset.
If you do not see the Condeco sign in screen shown above when logging in, you are using SSO. To request a password reset contact your IT administrator.
