Post Occupancy Evaluations have gotten a bad rap or are they simply a tool that has lost its effectiveness to assess User Experience? This highly interactive session will enable the audience to explore their past and potential future use of various assessment tools to measure employee workplace experience. The facilitators will begin by briefly outlining the subjective, context dependent and dynamic nature of measuring User Experience and then engage the audience in a dialogue on the implications, risks and opportunities in workplace assessment tools. The outcome will be an experiential learning event where the wisdom of the audience if filtered into actionable tools to undertake future POE’s.

The next generation workplace is redefining how we work, collaborate and communicate. Many organisations want to become more agile and effective in the way they provide workspace to their staff, and provide a great employee experience, whilst continued cost pressures mean that they need to get more out of their space. In this presentation we look at some of the trends that drive our client’s workplace strategy in 2019 and how our teams of designers and technologists are responding with new product features and ideas.

This is an opportunity for the audience to question our panel of industry experts on what they have discussed over the course of the morning.

Join us for networking and drinks where you can further the discussion with our panel of industry experts and delegates.
