Condeco will showcase cloud-based Condeco Connect, its newest digital desk screens and meeting room solutions suite – which includes video integration – at IFMA’s World Workplace Conference & Expo in Houston, October 18-19; National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show in New York on October 18-19; and CoreNet Global Summit North America in Seattle, November 5-7.

“This is an excellent time for anyone wanting to gain office space efficiencies, increase employee collaboration, and modernize their work environment for the needs of today’s workforce to learn more about Condeco,” said Martin Brooker, Chief Executive Officer, Condeco-Americas. “With recently launched Condeco Connect for small- and medium-sized business, technology enhancements to our digital desk screens, and the upcoming video integration with Skype for Business, we have many exciting new offerings and are ready to help any firm manage meeting and office space better.”

Condeco Connect, a plug ‘n’ play, cloud-based offering with touch screen devices, integrates with Microsoft Exchange and Google Calendar (coming soon), delivering immediate room booking and time management benefits for small- and medium-sized firms. Connect’s scalability and flexibility make it ideal for firms whether they are managing just a few meeting rooms or thousands across multiple locations.

Condeco’s new Digital Desk Screens are poised to make finding and booking space easier for employees using a desk hoteling environment. Features include Beacon-enabled technology, LED color-coded screens and versatile mounting options, simple deployment, and touch-in and touch-out functionality with RFID.

Condeco will also feature a meeting room booking suite of solutions at the events – consisting of meeting room booking, digital signage, desk booking and video integration. Video integration through Skype for Business will further enhance the one-click integration of this valuable video conferencing tool with other software systems.

“We certainly encourage attendees at IFMA World Workplace, CoreNet Global Summit, or NAB Show to stop by our booth to get all the innovative details first-hand from our staff on these and other Condeco workspace solutions,” continued Brooker.
