Enterprise Suite Launch, Future-Proof of Products Makes Company a Standout Innovator for Workspace Solutions

New York, May 2, 2017 – The American Business Awards (ABA) has announced that Condeco, a global leader in office utilization, conference room and workspace scheduling solutions, has won a bronze Stevie Award in its 2017 competition for Innovative Tech Company of the Year for American firms with less than 100 employees. The prestigious recognition follows a year of dramatic growth in the Americas for Condeco from new customers and the launch of cloud-based services.

“We are extremely pleased to receive this honor recognizing our company’s innovation,” said Martin Brooker, CEO of Condeco – Americas. “Our innovation goes well beyond just the technology of our products. It is also a critical component of Condeco’s sales, service delivery, and customer care.”

The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations – public and private, for profit and non-profit, large and small – operating in the United States are eligible. More than 3,300 organizations submitted entries this year and more than 200 executives worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s “Stevie Award” winners.

“The competition was intense and every organization that won should be proud,” said Michael Gallagher, President and Founder of the Stevie Awards. “To those individuals and organizations that received Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Awards, the judges and I are honored to celebrate your many accomplishments. You are setting a high standard for professionals nationwide.”

Condeco’s innovation centers around the launch of its Enterprise suite which combines the company’s Meeting Room Booking, Desk Booking, Digital Signage and Workspace Occupancy Sensing offerings. While each offering is designed to be a standalone service, the integration of two or more Condeco products has created more comprehensive workspace solutions for efficiency-minded customers.

“Helping to make Condeco a standout innovator is its use of technology that ‘future-proofs’ products for customers,” said Jeff Teddleton, Vice President, Operations, Condeco – Americas. “In both room screens and desk screens, RFID recognition, Wifi and Beacon technologies are equipping customers to leverage today’s applications as well as to integrate tomorrow’s innovations.”
