- Check the relevant endpoints are allowed. See Domain allowlists
- Check the meeting room screen is receiving a heartbeat. See Heartbeat not received and Device Health
- Perform a health check on the meeting room screen. See Health check
- Check for activation issues. See Unsuccessful activation
- Check for Wi-Fi or PoE connectivity issues. See Wi-Fi connectivity
- Check for NTP failures. See NTP failures
Get help for specific error messages:
- Unable to get a list of regions. Please contact the administrator
- Can’t connect to the calendar. Attempting to retry
- No connection to Exchange. An error has occurred, please check your calendar service or mailbox details
