How to set up your Condeco Meeting Room Screens

Setting up your Condeco meeting room screens involves the following process:

  1. Check and set your domain allowlists.
  1. Check prerequisites for your calendar service.
  1. For Exchange and Google calendar services only:
    1. Set up a calendar service
    2. Set your User Domain Access
    3. Create your Locations
  1. Create Screen Setting Profile(s) to customize behaviors.
  1. Configure rooms to correspond to your meeting room screens:
    1. Map Condeco Cloud rooms
    2. Map Exchange and Google rooms
  1. Activate your Condeco meeting room screens.
