Creating a new Exchange room

  1. Sign in to the Condeco Device Hub.
  2. Select Device Management from the left icon bar and ensure the appropriate calendar service is selected.
  3. Click Rooms & Screens.
  4. Press Add room.
  5. Select the Country, City, Building, Floor for your room location.
  6. Enter a Room Name. This is the name that the user will see on the screen and the mobile app.
  7. Enter the Room Mailbox.
  8. Enter the Capacity. This is the maximum number of meeting participants recommended for the room.
  9. Select a screen theme. The default theme will be already selected.
  10. Press Save.

Now you can Activate the the v2 Meeting Room Screen.

Creating a new Google room

  1. Sign in to the Condeco Device Hub.
  2. Select Device Management from the left icon bar and ensure the appropriate calendar service is selected.
  3. Click Rooms & Screens.
  4. Click Add room.
  5. Select the Country, City, Building, Floor for your room location.
  6. Select the Google Calendar from the Calendar Services drop-down.
  7. Enter a Room Name. This is the name that the user will see on the screen and the mobile app.
  8. Enter the Room Mailbox. This is the G Suite Resource email.
  9. Enter the Capacity. This is the maximum number of meeting participants recommended for the room.
  10. Select a screen theme. The default theme will be already selected.
  11. Press Save.

Now you can Activate the the v2 Meeting Room Screen.

Deleting an Exchange or Google room

  1. Sign in to the Condeco Device Hub.
  2. Select Device Management from the left icon bar and ensure the appropriate calendar service is selected.
  3. Click Rooms & Screens.
  4. If you have many rooms, you can filter the list by Country, City, Building, Floor.
  5. Press the Bin icon next to the room you want to delete. If the room has an active screen, you first need to press Deactivate to reset the meeting room screen. This will enable you to redeploy the screen.
  6. Press OK to confirm. The room is no longer visible in the list.

Editing an Exchange or Google room

  1. Sign in to the Condeco Device Hub.
  2. Select Device Management from the left icon bar and ensure the appropriate calendar service is selected.
  3. Click Rooms & Screens.
  4. If you have multiple rooms, you can filter the list shown by Country, City, Building, Floor.
  5. Click the room to open the Add/Edit Room form.
