Your configuration path for OAuth authentication depends on whether you have meeting room screens already installed and working. Choose the path below for your setup.

Recommended transition journey when screens are already installed and working

Prepare and authenticate existing meeting room screens before enabling OAuth authentication for your calendar service!

Once OAuth authentication is enabled for your calendar service, any meeting room screen that does not already have OAuth enabled will stop working. We therefore recommend setting up all existing meeting room screen for OAuth before enabling OAuth authentication for your calendar service.

  1. Setting up existing meeting room screens
  2. Authenticating a meeting room screen for OAuth
  3. Enabling OAuth authentication for the calendar service.

New Condeco installations with no existing meeting room screens

Once OAuth authentication is enabled for your calendar service, new meeting room screens will automatically have OAuth enabled. All that is needed is for each screen to be activated and authenticated.

  1. Enabling OAuth authentication for the calendar service.
  2. Authenticating a meeting room screen for OAuth
