Prior to activating a Condeco meeting room screen, the corresponding meeting space resource must already exist in the Condeco application and be added to the Screen Manager Admin portal. Multiple Condeco v2 Meeting Room Screens can be managed by a single Condeco meeting space resource, by duplicating the corresponding room resource in the Screen Manager Admin portal and activating a different meeting room screen for each duplicate.

Here we explain how to add Condeco meeting space resources to the Screen Manager Admin portal and how to create duplicates to manage more than one meeting room screen for the same meeting space. Once the Condeco meeting space resources are added to the Screen Manager Admin portal, you can activate the new room resources and pair them to the corresponding meeting room screens.

How to add Condeco meeting space resources to the Screen Manager Admin portal

  1. Sign in to the Condeco Screen Manager.
  2. Select Device Management from the left icon bar and ensure the appropriate calendar service is selected.
  3. Select Rooms and Screens.
  4. Click Add Room on the right-hand side.
  5. Select the Country/Region/Location/Floor where the meeting space is located. A list of Condeco meeting space resources at this location displays.
  6. Select the Condeco meeting space resources to add to the Screen Manager Admin portal.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Select the desired Screen Settings and Screen Theme.
  9. Click Save.

Now you can activate the room resource and pair it with the meeting room screen for the meeting space. See Activate a v2 Meeting Room Screen

How to duplicate a room resource in the Screen Manager Admin portal to manage multiple meeting room screens for one meeting space

  1. Sign in to the Condeco Screen Manager.
  2. Select Device Management from the left icon bar and ensure the appropriate calendar service is selected.
  3. Select Rooms and Screens.
  4. Click Add Room on the right-hand side.
  5. Select the Country/Region/Location/Floor where the meeting space is located. A list of Condeco meeting space resources at this location displays.
  6. Select the Condeco meeting space resource that will manage an additional meeting room screen.
  7. Click Next.
  8. A warning message is displayed advising the room resource already exists in the Screen Manager Admin portal. Click Add duplicate to create another room resource to manage the additional meeting room screen for the meeting space.
  9. Select the desired Screen Settings and Screen Theme.
  10. Click Save.
