Condeco provides the following solutions to manage the number of employees coming into the workplace. You can use as many or as few as you need to.

Set monthly or weekly booking allowances to give employees the freedom to decide which days they would like to be in the workplace, whilst your organization can ensure the workplace isn’t exceeding safe levels of occupancy.

Set teams to book on alternating weeks to prevent crossover between groups of employees

To protect critical functions, you can divide groups into teams to ensure that not all group members are in physical contact with each other.

Team Assignment allows you to quickly divide groups of users into two teams and separate booking schedules across odd and even week numbers. The Teams are created by default so you only need to add your users. Team A (Even) can only book personal spaces on Even weeks and Team B (Odd) can only book on Odd weeks. The ISO week date system is used to define week numbers.

Control which workspaces and areas different groups of employees can book

With groups, you can define which areas employees can book. Using restricted groups means you control which employees can book workspaces and where. Restricted groups are hidden and only visible to users who have explicit permissions granted.

Use check-in times to stagger arrival into the building

To ensure not everyone arrives in the building or on a floor at the same time, apply different arrival and check-in times to groups. Together with the optional “bump” feature, those who arrive after the check-in period will have their booking canceled. Enable proximity-based check-in so users are automatically checked in when they reach the vicinity of the workplace.

Manually set an employee’s work status to mandate remote working.

You can set when an employee is mandated to work remotely, in the user’s profile. On mandated remote working days, employees cannot make a booking in the workplace unless an administrator removes the mandated remote working day.

Self-certification

Enable self-certification to ensure employees agree to a statement before they can check-in to a personal space. If they cannot agree with the statement, a further message can instruct them what to do. The self-certification must be completed once each day a user has a desk booked.
