Close workspaces to enable social distancing

You can easily close workspaces right from the floor plans or via resource administration, to ensure employees have the necessary space to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Manage capacity by only opening a safe number of workspaces. Use the floor plan to organize your workspaces so only workspaces that are a safe distance apart are available for booking, and quickly close spaces that require deep cleaning. You can close a workspace for a particular date range and enter a reason for the closure in Resource Administration.

Create zones for easy closure of areas and contact tracing

Zones are a collection of spaces that occupy a defined space on a floor. They can span across Groups and enable administrators to quickly close or open spaces in specific areas. Zones are also utilized by the Contact Tracing Reports.

Reduce meeting space capacity

The capacity of all meeting spaces can be reduced in a single action. Apply the standard rule to reduce the capacity by half (or to 1 if the existing capacity is 4 or lower) or apply custom reduction values for selected spaces. When reducing capacities, you can automatically delete all existing bookings that exceed the reduced capacity and notify the users.

Once the reduction is applied, it is easy to revert to the previous setup and capacity of the space and reapply all other secondary seating options that were available before the reduction was applied.
