Configuring adjacent personal spaces

Adding information about desks that are located near to each other allows you to see and report who has been sitting close to an employee who has reported sick.

Learn how to configure adjacent personal spaces in the Admin and User guide:

Create a report listing potential contacts of an employee who has reported sick

Details of interactions between employees can be viewed immediately in Condeco or exported to Excel or a PDF. The Contact Report includes personal spaces, adjacent colleagues, meeting space, attendees, visitors, and any Condeco screens, a specific user may have had contact with.

Learn how to view the interactions of a specific user in the Admin and User guide:

Inform employees who may have been in contact with someone who has reported sick

Once you have a list of employees who may have been nearby the colleague concerned, you can notify them with a tailored message. Notifying the users will also cancel their bookings and mandate remote working for the next 14 days. The message displays in a banner across the top of the affected users’ Today pages.

Learn how to notify affected users in the Admin and User guide:

Make check-in mandatory to monitor who is in the workplace

Use the check-in feature to make sure employees actually use their booking, and automatically cancel bookings if the user doesn’t arrive. With the mobile app, you can enable automatic check-in based on geolocation once an employee is near the location.
