Booking allowances are the maximum number of slots you can book in a given period. Booking allowances may be set for your group. You can see the remaining number of booking slots when searching for workspaces using the web application and the mobile app, however, the number of available booking slots are not currently indicated on the Kiosk.
If your organization has restricted the number of slots you can book in a given period and you have reached your limit, a personal space will not be booked and a message is displayed You have reached your maximum allowed number of booking slots.
Provided it is not the last day of the defined period (week or month, depending on the group configuration) you can delete a future booking to free up a slot before attempting a new booking. Tap Your bookings to delete a future booking.
