The FlexiDesk sheet is optional and only relevant to Condeco personal space booking solutions.

Good to know

  • A Flexi space is similar to a fixed space as it can also be assigned to a user for a specific period and released if it is no longer needed. However, unlike a fixed space, check-in is not automatic. If the user does not check in, the booking is bumped.
  • If you have a large number of flexi spaces, complete the FlexiDesk sheet after your user data has been uploaded.
