To view all your upcoming bookings, tap Your bookings.
If you have a booking for the current day and the current time is within the allowed check-in period, tap Check-in to check-in to the desk. If you do not check-in within the allowed check-in period, the desk booking will be canceled.
If you are checked in but want to finish your booking early you can release your desk from Your bookings page.
Tap Release desk then click Release to confirm.
Change working status
You can change your status to Working remotely or Not working, or book a desk to change your status to In the office. You will not be able to book a desk if you are mandated to work remotely.
Tap Change to change your working status.
View booked desk on a floor plan
Tap a booking to display the location of a booked desk on the floor plan.
Cancel a booking
Tap the bin icon to cancel a booking and click I’m sure to confirm the cancelation.
Bookings made for others
Bookings made for others will display on the Bookings for Others tab.
