Use the Condeco Connect app if your organization has Condeco meeting room screens installed but does not use the Condeco software.

The Condeco mobile app uses Beacon technology to display real-time availability of nearby rooms, up to 8 hours ahead and then provides an easy way to make a booking for an available room, straight from your mobile device. You can make instant room bookings using your phone’s calendar and receive alerts for bookings that are about to be canceled because you haven’t checked in on the meeting room screen.


  • The app works in conjunction with Condeco meeting room screens only. If you are using Condeco software download the Condeco mobile app.
  • To find rooms Bluetooth must be enabled.
  • To book a room, the app requires access to your phone’s calendar with permission to book the room in Microsoft Exchange.
