Introduction to Condeco mobile apps

Booking personal spaces and/or meeting spaces from your mobile device

	Install the Condeco mobile app to manage all your personal and/or meeting space bookings. For Condeco Cloud April 2021 release or later.
	Install the Condeco Connect app if your organization uses the Condeco meeting room screens but not the Condeco application.

If meeting room screens are installed and the Condeco application is in use, install the Condeco mobile app

Desk Screen Manager app for Administrators

The Condeco Desk Screen Manager app (also known as the Condeco v3 Desk Screen Setup app) enables administrators to set up v3 Desk Booking Screens via NFC, making it quick and easy to activate multiple desk booking screens. An NFC-enabled Android device is required.

Condeco releases pre-April 2021

!As from 31 May 2022, support for the legacy Condeco Meeting Room Booking app and Desk Booking app is discontinued.

Both personal spaces and meeting spaces can be booked and managed from the Condeco unified mobile app launched in June 2021, and your existing user and booking data is automatically available.
