Setting your favorites during initial configuration

After successfully entering the access code and allowing access to your calendar, the Condeco Outlook Add-in opens and displays the default location saved on your profile. You can select different Location and Group preferences, and set attributes that you regularly select when booking meeting spaces. The settings saved as your favorites are selected by default each time you use the Condeco Outlook Add-in.

  1. Select your Location preferences and Preferred Group from the dropdown lists.
  1. Tick Video Conference Unit if you would like it selected by default each time you search for a meeting space.
  1. If you regularly choose certain meeting space features, click Attributes and tick those commonly required. Click Done. The listed attributes depend on your organization’s configuration.
  1. Click Continue and the selected settings are saved as your favorite.

Congratulations! The Condeco Outlook Add-in is installed and ready to use!

Editing your favorites

Favorites can be changed at any time by clicking Edit at the top-right of the Condeco Outlook Add-in. Make your selections then tick Save as my favourite and Done.
