This guide is for the ‘Workspaces’ version of Condeco, released in April 2021. If your organization has not yet upgraded to this latest version, click here to open the original guide for ‘Rooms’ and ‘Desks’

Condeco is customized to suit your organization’s specific booking policies and procedures, so your Condeco experience may sometimes differ from the information provided in this guide.

Condeco incorporates both modular software and hardware features and functionality. Your organization will have opted for all or a subset of the modules discussed.

Your Condeco URL

Your Condeco URL is exclusive to your organization and is usually in the format: yourcompany.condecosoftware.com.
