Both external visitors and walk-in visitors are listed here. Both you and reception will see this list.
From this view, you can:
- Click on an invitee’s name to edit/add details about the visitor and their visit
- Delete the visitor by clicking the Bin Icon
Displays a list of all your contacts (see below for details on how to add contacts)
Click on the contact name to edit/add details.
Add a Visitor (walk-in visitor)
Visitors who are not attending a meeting but are coming into the building to see you can be entered here. You can also add visitors who are attending a meeting but were not added when the booking was made.
Type the full name of the walk-in visitor.
Type the company that the visitor works for.
If applicable type the country.
If applicable, select the location/site the visitor is visiting.
Date of arrival
Save to Contacts
Tick the box to automatically save the visitor to Contacts.
Click Add to inform reception/FOH a walk-in visitor is due in the building.
Enables you to enter more detail about a walk-in visitor and add them to an existing booking. To add a visitor to an existing booking, select Meeting and search by host, meeting title or company name of existing attendees of the meeting you wish to add your visitor to. Once saved, the visitor will appear in the booking’s Attendees tab.
