The Meeting Room Booking Grid allows you to view all bookings for a Group of rooms. Groups on the grid are either managed or self-managed.

Managed rooms requires approval from a designated approver at your organization.
Self-managed rooms requires no approval, rooms are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Key functionality

  • Create bookings
  • Edit your bookings
  • Move your bookings
  • Copy your bookings

Calendar

Scroll between dates or click the date to view a calendar. Click Today to go back to today’s grid.

Country, Location, Group and Floor

Use the drop-down boxes to select the required Group and floor. Only locations and Groups that you have permission to view will be shown.
