Open a booking
To open a booking from the Advanced Booking Grid, click the booking, or right-click and select Open.
Move or copy bookings
Move: Click the booking and drag to another room and/or time-slot.
Copy: Right-click the booking > select Copy > click the booking and drag it to the new slot.
Extend a Booking
To extend a booking, hover the mouse over the right edge of the meeting until the double-arrow appears, then click and drag the edge to the right. Meetings in progress can also be extended.
When a meeting time approaches you can mark the meeting as In Progress.
Right-click the meeting > hover the mouse over Confirmed > click In Progress.
When a meeting start time has passed and the meeting status is In Progress, administrators can release the room by changing the status to No Show.
Right-click the meeting > hover the mouse over Confirmed > click No Show.
The Wait List is a holding section for booking requests which allows administrators of rooms to postpone a decision on the booking without blocking the timeslot or room. Bookings on the Wait List do not appear on the grid allowing other bookings to be requested in the same slot. Administrators and approvers manage the Wait List from the Requests page.
Right-click the booking > select Wait List > click OK to confirm.
Delete a booking
To delete a future booking, right-click the booking and select Delete Booking.
Mark as Don’t Move
Administrators can mark a booking as Don’t Move. This does not prevent the meeting from being moved but applies a red border around the meeting indicating it should not be moved.
