Use Find a Desk to search for a desk for more than one day, and to select desk attributes.

How to find a desk using the Find a Desk form

  1. Click Find a Desk from the Desk Booking menu.
  2. Select the Country and Location.
  3. Select the Group(s) to search. Press CTRL to select multiple groups.
  4. Select the Floor(s). Press CTRL to select multiple floors.
  5. On the calendar, tick the dates you wish to book.
  1. If appropriate, tick Booking for someone else and enter their details, otherwise skip to the next step.
    1. If the person is external to the company, tick Is external and enter their details in the fields below.
    2. If the person is an internal member of staff, the name fields are greyed out. Click Search to open the User Lookup popup window.

      Enter all or part of the person’s name in the User Lookup window (1) and click Search (2). Click the name in the results list (3) the name may not highlight but the person’s details will display on the right. Click Select (4).
  1. Click Desk Attributes to search for desks with specific requirements. The attribute options, categories, and columns depend on your organization’s set up.
  1. Click Find a desk to start the search.

Search results

The available desks are initially displayed on a floor plan. Hover over a desk to view the details and click an available desk to book it.

You can also view the results in a list by selecting the List tab. In this view, click Book to book a desk.

Depending on how your system is set up, selecting a desk will either open the desk booking form or process the booking right away.
