If your system is configured to show a desk booking form instead of instantly booking the desk, you must complete the form to make your booking. The desk booking form opens after selecting a desk using either the Quick desk search, Find a desk, or the Desk booking grid.

How to complete the desk booking form

  1. Check the date(s) you would like to book. Click to select or unselect dates.
  1. If booking the desk for someone else, check “Yes” and complete the details. If Find a desk was used, these details may already be completed.
    1. If the person is external to the company, tick Is external and enter their details in the fields below.
    2. If the person is an internal member of staff, the name fields are greyed out. Click Search to open the User Lookup popup window.

      Enter all or part of the person’s name in the User Lookup popup (1) and click Search (2). Click the name in the results list (3) the name may not highlight but the person’s details will display on the right. Click Select (4).
  1. Click Save & Close to complete your booking.
