Cleaning tasks created manually will immediately display on the Vendor Dashboard and change the status of the desks to Awaiting Cleaning. Any bookings for the current day will be canceled and the users notified by email.

  1. Go to Application Setup > Resources.
  2. Select the Country.
  3. Click Resource Type > Desks.
  4. Select the Location to display a list of desks at the location. You can filter the results by selecting the Group and Floor.
  1. Click the filter on the right to further filter desks assigned to zones or list desks that are open.
  1. Select all the listed desks by clicking the check-box at the top of the list, or tick individual desk(s). Click Schedule cleaning.
