The booking form is displayed when booking a meeting room. The fields displayed depend on your organization’s configuration.
If a booking spans multiple rooms, each room is displayed on its own tab. Click each tab to display the options for the room.

Untitled Booking: Enter a meeting title. Depending on your setup, this field may not be required.
Private: Click to hide the meeting title from other users on the booking grids and on the Condeco meeting room screens.
Edit: Click to amend the date/time and also create/amend recurrences. If your chosen room is not available in a recurring series, alternatives will be shown. Includes both rooms for meetings and conferences across multiple locations. You must enter a meeting title before you can click Edit.
Open all sections: Click to change how you view the booking form. Toggle between a tabbed view and a one-page view. You must enter a meeting title before you can toggle the view.
