Use Find a Room to perform an advanced search for a room. You can create recurring bookings or find a room with a specific attribute (for example Video Conferencing).
Start Find a Room from the Room Booking menu.
To find a room, select where and when you would like to book, and choose the seating style and attributes. See below for more information.
Where do you want to book?
Select the Country, Location and Floor to search. The location set in your user profile is displayed by default.
To save the location settings as a favorite to be displayed every time you book a room, click Set as default. Note that this will not change the default location saved in your profile.
If you know the name of the room you wish to book, you can enter it in the Room field.
When and for how long do you want to book?
Click the date fields to display the calendar and choose the to and from dates for your booking, click the dropdown to select the time.
To schedule a meeting room booking that repeats on a regular or irregular basis, click the Repeat dropdown. Click here to learn more about repeat bookings.
How do you like your room?
Click the Seating style dropdown to select a particular room configuration.
Tick attributes required for the booking. The items listed depend on your organization’s configuration.
Click Find to search for a room that meets the selected criteria.
