European Facility Management Conference 2016 in Milan

We are happy to announce that we will be taking part in the European Facility Management Conference which will take place in Milan on the 7-9 June 2016. The European Facility Management Conference (EFMC) is the largest annual meeting of FM executives from all over Europe and beyond. The unique, pan-European concept brings together over 500 FM professionals and end users from all sectors, gathering in a different European country every year.

As a proud partner of the event, we are hosting a FM Innovation Lab: Powering change – big data is saving space Big data is a tricky subject. Some get it – but most don’t. The Innovation Lab will lead by Julian Griffith, EMEA Sales Director on 8 June 2016, 2.30 – 3.30 p.m. at Room Amber 6.

Our EMEA Managing Director, Debra Ward, will be speaking at EFMC on 8th June at 11am in track 1 of the conference. Debra will be giving a thought-leadership piece on Culture, ”Changing times – What is the impact on culture?” Debra holds an MBA in organisational behaviour development and change management, and previously spent seven years as a service and organisational change consultant within the facilities industry. This has led to Debra’s irrefutable reputation as an expert in workplace culture and management.

About the event

The conference motto of 2016 FM enhancing people and business illustrates two keywords of the FM future: Focussing on business models, strategies and specialisation on the one hand, and caring about people working for and with FM organisations on the other.

To discuss all-encompassing insights into these topics, EFMC 2016 features different tracks containing business and research perspectives. Attendees will also be invited to participate in accompanying events such as local study tours, student competitions, a networking evening event, EuroFM Awards and an industry exhibition.
