Dentsu Aegis Network had four separate office locations in Singapore and decided to consolidate them into one new four-storey office space. Having previously had employees scattered between offices, and having to rely heavily on the administration team to manage space allocation and bookings, Dentsu Aegis Network Singapore saw the perfect opportunity to unify their meeting room booking system with a new digital solution from Condeco.

Prior to working with Condeco, Dentsu Aegis Network Singapore was using Microsoft Outlook to book meeting spaces, and described the process as “painful”, “manual”, and “inefficient”.
