Project Management
The Condeco service offering provides our clients with a dedicated Project Manager to ensure the implementation, installation and delivery of our application meets the highest service standards in the industry.
Our globally experienced Project Management team can assist with new implementations and will act as the key liaison between the customer and Condeco.
At the start of each job the Project Manager will go on site to advise on any technical or configuration issues and will document a project outline with timelines. As the roll out progresses the Project Manager will confirm the delivery of the key stages and ensure the product has the client’s approval before sign off.
Having a dedicated Project Manager throughout an implementation reduces the risk associated with new software solutions and increases success rates.
