Condeco, the leading global provider of space booking and utilization software has launched at ISE 2012 its state of the art new digital signage system, Condeco Touch. ISE 2012 is taking place this week in Amsterdam featuring some 750 exhibitors from 100 countries making it the largest professional AV and systems integration trade show ever held in Europe
The Condeco Touch system is part of the latestgeneration of Condeco products aimed at meeting the constantly evolvingworldwide demand for integrated room booking and management systems. Driven bychanges in working culture, the growing popularity of flexible working, anincreasingly mobile workforce and the ever present need from organizations tomanage costs and resources, Condeco Touch incorporates several new and enhancedfeatures including:
- A check-in facility to confirm room use, which ensures everybody know who is using a room, for what purpose and how long. The information can also be used to generate management reports to feed into strategic decision making
- Instant bookings from the screen, allowing individuals greater control of meeting rooms
- An ordering system for catering and other hospitality
- A schedule of videoconferencing
Condeco Touch also links directly to MicrosoftExchange which means there is no need to purchase additional software and allowsusers to book the room directly from MS Outlook with instant synchronizationbetween the screen and Outlook.

The sleek aluminum and glass design incorporatesthe latest in touch screen technology to display meeting information. EachCondeco Touch screen also incorporates an RFID card reader to identify theperson checking in or making bookings and high brightness LED room indicatorsto provide instant clear indication of the status of a room.
The screen can also link seamlessly to Condeco’saward winning room and desk booking software which provides utilizationreporting, plus an advanced management console for a company’s concierge teamto manage the more complicated room booking requests.
