Condeco has the inbuilt facility to search for available Video conferencing equipment rooms and make multiple bookings in one action. This feature allows the user to select a primary video conference room and then select from the available video conference rooms around the world.
The system manages the time zone differences and can lock the booking so that only the primary host can make changes to the booked rooms whilst still allowing the local room administrators to add catering services and invite additional attendees.
If the primary room is cancelled for any reason, the secondary rooms are automatically removed from the system and all service providers and attendees are notified. The system also provides an output to the Video Conferencing Bridge to notify them of the planned video conference and all the room details, which makes the process seamless.
It is also possible to look at integration with Video Conferencing systems such as Tandberg.
