Resource Booking

When a meeting is booked, a user can see what resources are available for the room. Whether it is a plasma screen or a VCU, the user can book additional services that may be required for a meeting.

Condeco's room booking management only displays services that are available for the location and checks that the requested item is in stock and that sufficient notice has been provided to allow the vendor to provide the item. Gone are the times when you had duplicate bookings for projectors or DVD players. Condeco only books items if they are available.

The system then communicates directly with the vendor/supplier of each of the selected items by both email and through the vendors profiled order request screen. If the order is changed at any time, Condeco automatically updates the supplier by email and through the vendor screen.

The vendor workflow allows the status of each request to be updated to show the client services team and user the order status to allow tracking of the request. The system also provides a printable daily work summary for each supplier - and a clear audit trail showing exactly who has ordered what for which meetings.
