Condeco provides an advanced meeting room booking facility for both its users and the end client looking to book a conference room or event. The system allows different room types to be managed by profiling the rooms into separate room groups which simplifies even the most complex bookings

The system uses a familiar calendar grid to show users and administrators exactly what rooms are available at what times and allows them to book a meeting directly from an intuitive and colour coded grid.

The management of the additional services required for today’s events and conferences such as audiovisual equipment, catering, refreshments and video conferencing is key to the overall success. Condeco allows you to specify what is required for the meeting or event while ensuring that the correct notice time, cost and available stock levels are all monitored and adhered to.

Hospitality requests are forwarded direct to the appropriate service provider who utilizes Condeco’s workflow screen to monitor, accept, progress, deliver and close down these requests in real time.
